Six Factors That Trigger Depression

If people are under the guidance of obsessive forces for a long time, they will gradually accumulate psychological pressure, and when a certain zero value is reached, due to the limitations of the human body's nerves, they will be distorted by the pressure and lead to specific pathologies, and mental illnesses, such as depression, will appear. People who are pessimistic, have low self-confidence, and are unable to control life events are more prone to depression. Therefore building up the confidence to win, actively searching for the cause and trying to overcome the psychological triggers in order to eliminate anxiety is the best way to avoid the damage of depression.

  Six factors that induce depression

1, personality factors pessimism, low self-confidence, have poor thinking patterns, excessive worry or feel almost unable to control the events of life are more prone to depression. People with the following personality traits are prone to depression: pessimism, poor self-confidence, poor grasp of life events, and excessive worry. These personality traits exacerbate the stimulation of psychologically stressful events and interfere with the individual's processing of events. Most of these personality traits are developed during childhood and adolescence, a period when the effects of mental trauma are significant.

  (1) Introverted and inexpressive: having something on one's mind but not being able to express it, believing that others don't understand one's self, and believing that others isolate one's self. The lack of interpersonal relationships, over time, will lead to the patient's loss of interest in life, indifference to things, and so on.

  (2) Dysfunctional personality: Some patients have a biased view of the world due to their personality.

  (3) Unlucky marriage: The risk of depression increases twofold in those who are separated or divorced, and the risk of depression increases fivefold in spouses with an original intimate relationship after the relationship breaks down, regardless of whether it is the man or the woman.

  (4) persistent hardship: the so-called misfortunes, successive blows to a person's mental ability to withstand is a serious test, such as, parents divorced, and suffered step-parent abuse.

2, genetic factors and many other diseases, depression is often concentrated in the family. If one of the parents suffers from depression, the child's chance of suffering from the disease increased by 10% to 13%; in identical twins, this value is even greater. If one of the twins has depression, the likelihood that the other will develop it during his or her lifetime is 70 percent. However, among people with a significant family history of depression, many never get it, even in situations of constant stress. Conversely, some people who suffer from depression have no family history of depression at all.

3, Everyday stress also has unseen adverse effects on our bodies and can in fact contribute to a wider range of illnesses, including heart disease, colds and depression. Social and Environmental Factors Some studies suggest that adverse life events, such as divorce, serious illness or repeated misfortune, can lead to depression. For people who are already prone to depression, they are more likely to develop it if they are in a constant state of violence, neglect, abuse or poverty.

  4. BiochemistryWhen a person suffers from depression, there is often a decrease in certain chemicals in the brain known as neurotransmitters.Decreased levels of 5-hydroxytryptophan and norepinephrine often lead to low mood, decreased motivation, and changes in appetite and libido. It is thought that if 5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine ( norepinephrine [translation]: norepinephrine is a vasoconstrictor and positive inotropic agent. After the action of the drug cardiac output can be increased or decreased, the result depends on the size of the vascular resistance, the left heart function and the strength of various reflexes) the imbalance between the two neurotransmitters, can lead to depression or anxiety.

5, physical illnesses Many physical diseases and conditions, such as stroke, heart attack, chronic pain, diabetes, hormonal disorders and advanced illness, can often lead to depression. If you or someone you know suffers from a somatic illness and has symptoms of apathy or is unable to address their basic physical needs, you should contact your doctor. These symptoms may be an emotional or subjective reaction to the physical illness, or the person may have a comorbid need for treatment of depression.

6, other factors some drugs can cause depression. In addition, often too much alcohol can sometimes lead to depression.

Warm tips: in fact, everyone has a depressive state, from depressed mood to depression, from quantitative to qualitative process. From the clinical diagnosis, it seems that patients are accompanied by varying degrees of anxiety, depression, age ranging from 18-60 years old, more women than men. Among female depressed patients, professional women aged 30-39 years old are predominant, and the sense of stress among middle and senior managers is stronger than that of the general group of workers. Therefore regular mental health counseling and checkups for working women are necessary.
